Keisuke Nakamura obtained his PhD in 2022 from Department of Synthetic Chemistry and Biological Chemistry at Kyoto University under the supervision of Professor Itaru Hamachi.
He then joined JST ERATO Hamachi Innovative Molecular Technology for Neuroscience project as a researcher.
From 2023-2025, He worked as a postdoc in Jason Burdick group at University of Colorado Boulder in the US.
In 2025, he was appointed as a program specific assistant professor (JST EXPERT-J) at Kyoto University.
His research interests include soft material, chemical biology, biofabrication.
