Registration
The deadline for early registration is September 30th, 2014.
Registration Procedure
All participants should fill the Registration Form.
Completed Registration Form should be sent by e-mail to CCCC Secretariat.
After sending the Registration Form, please go to the payment section (See below).
Payment
Professionals: 25,000 JPY
Students and PostDocs:
Banquet: 7,000 JPY
We will pay back to students/postdocs who registered beforehand.
For Participants from Abroad
We can accept onsite payment by cash (JPY only).
For Domestic Participants
国内からの参加の方は上記のPayment Formの記入は不要です。大変お手数ですが、銀行振込で参加登録費の支払いをお願いいたします。Registration Form提出後はできるだけ速やかにお支払いいただければ幸いです。

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be made in writing and must be received by the Chairman on or before the dates mentioned below. If cancellation is received on or before September 30th, 2014, 90% of the payment will be returned. No refund will be possible for cancellation received on or after October 1st, 2014. Refunds will be made after the symposium.
